Bath Time in the Kitchen Sink

Here is Addysen in Poppy and Grandma's kichen sink. Addy's cousin Pepper got chocolate cake all over himself. So Nancy threw him in the kitchen sink. Then Poppy gets the idea to put Addy in there too. So I smothered some cake on her face and threw her in as well. It was so cute to watch them. We would turn off the water and Pepper would turn it back on. Addy was crying at first, but she realized that Pepper was having fun and wanted to laugh herself.

Love Those Kisses

I love this picture. We were at our neighborhood park and Addy couldn't resist grabbing Jared's face and mauling him. Peter joined in because we were laughing so hard. After the park, we went to our mailbox and I must say that we love Netflix. It's so nice to get a movie in the mail. Peter gets so excited. He knows the envelope it comes in. We just watched Alvin and the Chipmunks and we loved it.

Hello to Blogging

Well, here we go. Our first blog. Our family is doing wonderfully. Jared is quickly and diligently going through school. I never imagined when we moved to Arkansas that he would be graduating within just a few years. I guess once he saw that light at the end of the tunnel, he wasn't going to give up. I'm so proud of him. He's been working very full time for a very demanding boss and taking 18 credits at the UofA. He amazes me everyday. I don't know how he does it.

Peter is getting bigger everyday. He is now 3 1/2 years old and "can do it by myself". He's so independent. He loves his baby sister. He's the only one that can get her really laughing. It's so cute to watch.

Addysen is 9 1/2 months. I can't believe she was in my belly a year ago. It's amazing how that all works. She's now crawling and getting into things. She also lets us know she's not happy when we redirect her to play with something safer. She knows what she wants. Her personality is a lot like Jared's. She's very laid back and likes to observe her surroundings.

I am doing well. I am currently working as an independent contractor for the newspaper. I delivery the newspaper to hotels on the weekends and delivery a spanish paper on Thursdays. It only asks for 10 or so hours a week, but it has allowed us to buy a home in Fayetteville. We're working on it allowing Jared to quit his job and completely focus on school. Hopefully that will happen soon. Even though I work very part time, I feel like I'm a stay-at-home mom. I love it! I never thought I would, but I get to play with my kiddos everyday!

Please bear with me as I get to know this blogging world. It definitely looks fun. Until next time...
